Here at TCC, we encourage our people to take inspiration days—to go and experience something that’s been on their bucket list.
Maryssca, one of our amazing Account Managers, was in London last week, and took an inspiration day to visit the Vogue exhibition at Lightroom as well as the Twist Museum. Here are her thoughts on the experiences.
“Pure joy—I felt like a wide-eyed, curious kid all over again!”

The Twist Museum
For my inspiration day, I visited the Twist Museum—a vibrant and mind-bending journey through illusion, art, and neuroscience. From the moment I stepped in, it was a playful and thought-provoking experience that completely challenged my senses. As someone who’s always been drawn to colour and fascinated by patterns, being surrounded by interactive optical illusions that made me question my reality was pure joy—I felt like a wide-eyed, curious kid all over again!
The museum cleverly plays with perception, pulling you into a world where nothing is quite what it seems. It weaves together science, art, and colour in a way that fully engages your senses and your imagination. From timeless illusions to innovative installations, each exhibit pushed the boundaries of what I thought I knew about reality.
My favourite space was the Kaleidoscope Room—a dazzling, hypnotic explosion of colour and reflection. The intricate layers of light and symmetry created a swirling, mind-bending experience that felt like stepping into a living, breathing piece of art.
One of the most fascinating rooms let you feel the temperature of water through sound alone. Audio clips played, and you had to guess whether the water was hot or cold—only to discover the truth revealed through sound at the end. It was such a unique and unexpected twist that made me realize just how powerfully our senses are connected.
Lightroom: The Vogue Exhibition
I then moved on to the Lightroom—an immersive, artist-led space that blends powerful storytelling with cutting-edge digital technology. I experienced the Vogue exhibition, a stunning showcase that delved into the rich world of fashion, tracing the legacy of the iconic name and spotlighting the visionary designers who have shaped the industry as we know it.
The Lightroom was more than just impactful—it was completely absorbing. The layout of screens wrapped around you, drawing you in from every angle with mesmerizing visuals and immersive soundscapes.
Having studied fashion and marketing when I was younger, this exhibition lit a creative spark in me. I’ve always been drawn to fashion shows and exhibitions, admiring the artistry and innovation behind collections. This experience felt like stepping into a live fashion show—walking through time, style, and history all at once. Whether you’re a fashion enthusiast or not, the high-definition projections and rich audio design made the entire journey captivating.
