ST GEORGE’S
One Blackfriars – Branding London’s tallest residential development
Branding | Property
The challenge
St George enlisted our expertise to support the launch of One Blackfriars, Europe’s tallest residential tower designed by the renowned architect Ian Simpson. Our task was to develop a compelling brand narrative that captured the development’s international prestige and luxurious lifestyle, creating a brand and communicating it effectively across channels.
The solution
Recognising One Blackfriars’ global appeal, we curated a refined brand identity combining minimalist design with sophisticated elements like a carefully selected colour palette and high-quality photography. This visual language resonated with the development’s grandeur and exclusivity.
At the core of our campaign were beautifully crafted brochures, elegantly presented in hand-stitched leather sleeves. These immersive publications highlighted One Blackfriars’ unique selling points, inviting viewers to envision themselves as residents.
Complementing the visuals, we developed a brand story celebrating Ian Simpson’s architectural vision and his belief in contributing to a city’s legacy through unique, elegant designs that enhance the skyline.
Our comprehensive campaign spanned brochures, mailers, press advertising, email marketing, and a captivating video, ensuring consistent brand presence across multiple touchpoints.
The result
Our strategic approach effectively communicated One Blackfriars’ grandeur and exclusive lifestyle to its discerning target audience.
The integrated campaign generated significant interest and inquiries from prospective buyers seeking to be part of this iconic residential landmark, underscoring the success of our partnership with St George in the property and placemaking sectors.
