TCC Named in Thames Valley SME Growth 100 for Second Year in a Row
We’re proud to announce that TCC has once again been recognised as one of the fastest-growing businesses in the Thames Valley, securing a spot in the SME Growth 100 for the second year running.
Compiled by The Business Magazine, the list highlights privately-owned companies in the region that are scaling fast and making a meaningful impact. It’s a great moment for our team and a reflection of everything we’ve worked hard to build.
Consistent Growth, Creative Impact
After topping the list last year, this year’s inclusion reflects the continued momentum behind our brand. Over the past 18 months, we’ve evolved into a segment-led, insight-driven agency delivering work that’s both creatively ambitious and commercially effective.
From high-profile campaigns for Samsung, JLL, Mizuno and Virgin Media O2, to pioneering activations in next-gen retail and AI-powered brand experiences, we’re helping clients connect with audiences in more meaningful ways.
“This accolade reflects our strategic focus, our expansion into growth sectors, and our commitment to embedding innovation and ESG at the heart of what we do.”
Tim Leney, MD, TCC
Recognised for Tech & Innovation
As well as our place in the SME Growth 100, we’re also proud to be named a finalist in the Tech & Innovation Awards. This recognises our standout work in bringing AI and emerging tech to life in retail environments—creating immersive, future-facing brand experiences that blend storytelling with smart technology.
It’s another marker of where we’re headed: bold ideas, real-world relevance, and creative solutions that work harder for ambitious brands.
Built for What’s Next
This recognition also speaks to our broader ambitions. We’ve sharpened our go-to-market strategy, refreshed our brand positioning, and doubled down on digital engagement. Our focus? Helping brands grow through insight, creativity and a clear understanding of what really connects.
